Founded by Mary, a lifelong traveler and lover of meaningful connections, and supported by her sister Barbara, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, Girl Tribe Travel is the culmination of their shared passion for luxury, relaxation, and the transformative power of travel.
Mary’s Story
Mary, the owner and founder of Girl Tribe Travel, has always cherished her tribe of women—her closest friends, family, and the incredible women she’s met along her journey. Known for her warmth and ability to bring people together, Mary prides herself on fostering deep, meaningful connections and creating spaces where women can thrive. With over 40 years of experience in the travel industry, including 25 years specializing in group travel, Mary has spent her life exploring the world and creating memories with the people she loves. The idea for Girl Tribe Travel was born out of one of those unforgettable experiences—her sister Barbara’s 40th birthday trip. Seeing how much Barbara and her friends enjoyed their luxurious, stress-free getaway inspired Mary to create a company that offers the same opportunity to other women.
